Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can return your purchase and receive a full refund. Below you can read how you can return your purchase and what conditions apply.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to returns:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to indicate that you wish to return your purchase.*
  • Return your purchase within 14 days of contacting us.
  • Pack the item well, preferably in the original packaging. Items that are damaged will not be reimbursed or not fully reimbursed.

* It is not mandatory to contact us first, but it is very useful. Would you like to return your purchase without contacting us? Please return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

You can of course also come by to hand in your return. Does the article not fit through the letterbox? Then make an appointment first.

 

REFUND

The amount that will be refunded is the full purchase amount. You pay the costs of returning yourself.

The amount will be transferred to your bank account within 2 working days of receiving your return.
