For sale is a beautiful, large antique astronomy print about the solar system. It is a hand-colored copper engraving. There is a lot of information on this picture. A guide: there are images of all planets (top left) and their orbits (large central image). Bottom left an illustration of the course of the moon. At the bottom right are all asteroids discovered since 1856. Nice wide margins and very suitable for framing.

Dimensions: 37 x 45.5 cm

Condition: the paper has many brown age spots, otherwise the print is in good condition (some minor signs of age/use). Published with a center fold.
