Figuur 3-7 tonen het Languedoc-kanaal. Figuur 9, 10 en 11 tonen het Croton-aquaduct (New York). Figuur 12-18 tonen kanalen in Rusland.
De laatste foto laat de index zien van wat precies is afgebeeld op de prent. Helaas in oud Frakturschrift en moeilijker te lezen.
