Scientific experiments old prints from 1755 original 265+ years set of 2 old illustrations of physics experiment liquids

For sale is a set of two prints, more than 265 years old, about natural experiments with liquids. These copper engravings come from the 'Collection Academique' published by Fournier in 1755 in Dijon (France). In it scientific experiments are depicted and described that were carried out in Florence (Italy) in the second half of the 17th century by the Academie Del Cimento. Condition: the prints show minor signs of age, but are in good condition. Each with two vertical fold lines, as issued.
